The instructor always does a somewhat ‘simplified’ version of the sequence so you can ease into it, and then adds complexity once he feels most of class got a hang of it. It is great for newcomers, and more experienced people can embellish and explore if they feel like it. I was sweating by the end of the warm up, but the energy of the class won’t let you stop dancing!
