They had cold towels available for us after the class to cool down a bit. Very clean and maintained facility. I’d return and would recommend.

Her voice is incredibly calming, and her yin flow and deep stretches melt you back into your own body a little more with every minute. The sound bath at the end was the perfect finishing touch.
