see all reviewsThis studio was a whole vibe last night. This is my second class I have done here, too. What I loved about last night was that the place is decorated for the season so right when you walk in it’s unique and gives off good energy. Class was busy/full and just what I needed after a long day - I really appreciate how Effie connects her words with the body so effortlessly. Thank you!

see all reviewsThis is the best class in my yoga rotation, and I always look forward to it. It’s incredibly challenging—in an “I know I’m bettering myself” kind of way—but exactly what I need. The red light therapy is so soothing for the muscles, and my body feels completely detoxified afterward.

see all reviewsGreat class, I loved this flow with Maria. This was my first time here, the space was really nice. Plenty of room for everyone. I feel like it might have been hard to keep up with the terminology as a beginner so their beginner flow class might be a good choice if you’re new to yoga.

see all reviewsI LOVE JUSTINS CLASSES! He knows how to read the energy of the room and he creates a different flow for each class. He pays attention and after I told him I caused some inflammation to my back in a previous class, he was constantly reminding us to take it slow, not to rush into our positions. HE BRINGS THE HEAT, SO BE HYDRATED. I REALLY enjoy JUSTINS class. Before I step into ceremony, I always make sure I take one or two of his classes before so for alignment and to dive deeper into myself.
Welcome to your happy place. Coachella Yoga, Therapy, and Wellness has been transforming… Vibe Vinyasa
see all reviewsVibe Yoga LV blends modern aesthetics with traditional yoga in its Henderson strip mall location at 1450 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway. The studio's dramatic red lighting and exposed brick interior create an energetic atmosphere that sets it apart from traditional yoga spaces, signaling its unique approach to practice. Operating with generous hours (8 AM-8 PM weekdays, 8 AM-1:30 PM weekends), the studio has cultivated a strong local following, evident in its consistently full classes. The signature vinyasa classes follow a distinctive pattern that reveals both the studio's strengths and limitations. Sessions begin and end thoughtfully, with centered breathing exercises and restorative cool-downs that honor traditional yoga principles. However, the middle portions often accelerate into rapid-fire flow sequences more reminiscent of boot camp than traditional yoga, offering limited time for pose adjustments or form refinement. This fusion approach makes Vibe Yoga an intriguing option for fitness enthusiasts transitioning into yoga, though it might not satisfy practitioners seeking a more traditional experience. Beyond the signature vinyasa classes, the studio offers a diverse schedule including hatha and restorative options, along with professional teacher training programs. The impeccably maintained space, knowledgeable staff, and competitive pricing packages demonstrate a commitment to professional service. The modern, boutique atmosphere, while distinctive, can present practical challenges – the nightclub-esque red lighting, for instance, might affect balance poses. For newcomers to yoga, Vibe offers solid exposure to mindfulness practices through their thoughtful class openings and closings. However, intermediate practitioners focusing on alignment might find the quick-paced middle sequences challenging. The studio effectively serves those seeking a high-energy, fitness-oriented approach to yoga, though students requiring extensive pose modifications or preferring slower-paced sessions might want to explore their gentler class options first. Vibe Yoga LV successfully carves out its niche in Henderson's wellness landscape by offering a modern, high-energy take on vinyasa that integrates elements of both traditional yoga and contemporary fitness. While this hybrid approach might not appeal to purists, it creates an engaging entry point for those looking to incorporate mindfulness into their fitness routine. First-time visitors would do well to sample various class types, as teaching styles and intensity levels vary significantly across the schedule. The studio's growing community and full classes suggest they've found a formula that resonates with many local practitioners, even if it represents a departure from more traditional yoga experiences.

see all reviewsThis was honestly more advanced than I was expecting (in a good way). We did a really interesting and challenging mobility flow that gave the option for side crow, grass hopper pose, and forearm stand. It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

see all reviewsI always love Abigail’s workouts. 10/10 for her. I will say Indie as a whole has a few things that happen consistently which have contributed to me frequenting the studio less often. 1) lack of timeliness - they let people trickle in late which leads to class starting and ending late. 2) less common of an occurrence but the front desk people sometime vacuum, chat, etc during savasana which would be fine any other time of class while music is pumping but is disrupting during your final rest posture.

see all reviewsReally loved this class - you can tell Gabrielle is deeply knowledgeable about the physical and the mental practices of yoga. I will definitely be coming back for more of her classes! A note for Trilogy management - I wish the teachers were more empowered to stick to the policy for late students and not let them in once class has started. A few people came in late to this class and the teacher had to stop cueing to direct them where to set up. I don’t mean that to be reflective of Gabrielle at all, this has happened in plenty of classes at this studio and it’s always incredibly disruptive. It would be nice if the teachers felt supported to turn away late students for the sake of those who did make it to class on time

see all reviewsAmber was a real treat, made sure to introduce herself to everyone that was new, ask about their practices, injuries, what they wanted, etc. This was a mixed class in terms of skill, so it moved a little slower and less strenuous than I usually go for. However, I think that’s laid out in the description and hand up, I'm not a big reader and definitely don't know what most of the yoga terms mean. You would think I would learn them, but you'd be wrong. Anyway, that's neither here nor there. The studio was small but comfortable, the class was cool, and Amber was a great instructor.
