I found the instructions tricky at times, as half the class is facing different directions so my “right” and “left” were mixed up and the instructor had to correct me. Probably more my issue than anyone else’s. I would love to come back.

see all reviewsHalf the class was spent telling us about an upcoming trip to ball. Maybe about 25 minutes of guided movement. Good for light exercise but you won’t get a Pilates burn in this space. HIIT and circuit classes here are amazing however

see all reviewsThe normal instructor was ill and I didn’t know until I showed up that the class was changed from Yoga to a ‘handstand workshop’! Granted the new instructor did try to do the right thing and notify me of the change in advance and had emailed me the day before. Unfortunately with less than 24hr notice I didn’t see the email, otherwise I would not have attended, as a handstand class was not what I was looking for and was challenging on my postpartum body. Everyone was quite friendly and welcoming but this was just not what I was looking for and not my preferred style of exercise. An athletic stretch class would have been a preferable swap.
