see all reviewsThis was my first cycle class ever in my life and I absolutely loved the energy! Sammy was an amazing instructor and the exercises were very varied. The class was intense but as a beginner, you definitely can go at your own pace. The crew here are also extremely friendly and helpful and they’ll even help you get set up on the bike before class starts. Such a fun experience!

see all reviewsReally enjoyed the class, although I wouldn’t call it a strength class. You can opt for heavier weights, but other than that, it’s a pretty traditional bar method barre class. Which I appreciated! One thing to share with those who’ve never taken a bar method class: it’s trés heavy on the pushups! Prepare your pec muscles in advance!

Loved this format as it was different than other yoga classes and also great as a stretch and reset type of class. I must say I also love that someone was using their phone and they got called out, so important to not have the energy in the room! Will be back soon and am bringing a friend! Excited to try the other class formats!

see all reviewsAmazing class and instructor! I had only done hot yoga once before and many years ago, but this class was great for beginners. The heat is definitely something to get used to, and the sweat is crazy. Bring a towel (unless it’s your first time and then you get to use one of theirs for free) and wear leggings/pants! My legs were so slippery from the sweat that it was hard to do some of the poses. Definitely coming back!!

Instructions were clear and thorough nonetheless. 3. tap water only, no filtered water dispenser.
