see all reviewsVanessa is an amazing instructor, I highly recommend her to everyone as I felt supported during every lesson (I have attended a couple lessons already) Her instructions are clear and she complements them with easy examples so that I would know if I did all the moves correctly. She pays attention to tiny details from explaining the moves to using the Pilates bed safely. In addition, she is encouraging and keeps everyone motivated. I can’t wait for the next session!
