see all reviewsThis was my first session here and I really enjoyed it. I’m new to yoga and this class was a lot of extended supported poses and breath work which was really relaxing. I’m not hugely flexible and there were adjustments offered for the poses if needed. Lisa made me feel very welcome and the studio space was lovely. I’ll definitely be back!
