    Found my absolute favorite Pilates studio in BKK! It’s right around Asok, super close to my work and so convenient. The staff and instructors are lovely, and I’m obsessed with the international vibe here—you get to work out with people from all over the world. The instructor was so patient, always correcting my form and cheering me on. Plus, the changing room is massive and has a comfy sofa to relax on after class. Highly recommend!

    Second class with Coach Leo and I loved it even more. As a beginner, I was honestly a bit nervous, but he creates such a comfortable and welcoming environment. He's completely non-judgmental, always encouraging, and never makes you feel embarrassed for not getting things right away. He pays attention to form, gives clear instructions, and keeps motivating everyone throughout the class. His positive energy makes challenging exercises feel much more manageable.     Be Toned

    I’ve attended a few classes with Coach Asyraf and they’re consistently intense, in a good way. I really enjoy how he pays close attention to our forms and he steps in to correct us when needed, which makes a big difference. He also walks us through each block clearly before and during the workout, which helps a lot when we forget the sequence. Always a great session. I’m already looking forward to the next one!
