    Wow khleo is a born instructor. I really appreciate her enthusiasm and her way of explaining things before and even during each song. There are instances when she would say “this song is to train your rhythm” or “this song combines climb element, speed element etc.” which is great! It helps riders to mindfully be aware of what’s to come next. I also find it helpful when she subtly corrects riders while she’s instructing on the podium on how to perfect their forms. It’s not a foundation class yet she takes a second to help riders learn. Highly recommend if you are new to pwrhouse!

    ASHTANGA LED - PRIMARY SERIES (Sun Studio)

    It’s an amazing class which I have the happy feeling after the practice. It is my first time attended astanga class as I am somewhere nearby the location and after some consideration, thinking to give it a try. Teacher Ashley is very experienced and guided the class pace very well, started with chanting, focus on breathing, and shared that that we do not need to push all the way given that this class requires sustainability and I’m glad to know this because 1 and half hour class with sun salutation A and B warm up body very quickly and followed by the rest of the asana in standing, seating and finishing are not easy. I’m also glad that with teacher’s demo, clear instruction, gentle correction on my alignment and the spot I chose between regulars gave me a very comfortable practice that allowed me to peep when needed. Teacher also gave variation! Will attend again! 👍

    Neo - All Levels - Reformer

    Studio’s reformers aren’t adjustable and the ceiling is a bit low so it’s not the most talk people friendly. I’m around 173cm for reference and the carriage was to small at the normal setting which happens with 50% or more of all reformers in studios but they normally can be adjusted for talk bodies. Zycle’s can’t be but the instructor helped with notifications for me on leg series which was good. Was a great class overall and the instructor was probably the most classical trained of the Pilates classes I’ve take at zycle so far.
