see all reviewsThis class is amazing! Both Melissa and Alejandra are exceptional teachers. The class is tough, but the workout is safe. I have a bad back and I am constantly worried I will injure it. But the teachers are attentive to posture and alignment and I've never faced an issue here. The equipment is clean, the center is orderly and there are only about 6 machines there. It's almost like one has a personal trainer.

Second of all, teacher could do exercises herself and knew technique very well. Also she was correcting us, asking how do we feel and suggesting modifications. Definitely the place to go or in my case to come back when in Madrid.
