    SCULPT (INFRARED HEAT)

Zoe was energetic, fun and a great instructor. The studio has all the equipment you’ll need. The Mat/Towel rental is $5 for ClassPass clients which we did not know, so just heads up.

I love the energy and constant movement for 35 minutes. It gets my heart rate up, I sweat, and I feel great leaving the gym. Carter is welcoming and makes you feel like one of the regulars.

Bri was a great instructor, especially for a beginner like me! The class was high energy but not as intense or loud as some other spin classes, which I appreciated. Looking forward to taking another class here!

    Freestyle Step

The Freestyle step Class was a good workout but not really beginner friendly at all - the pace started out fast and never slowed down, and the instructor did not demonstrate any of the complicated footwork beforehand. Several people told me it took 6 classes or more for them to feel comfortable with the steps, which may not work super well for people just wanting to try it once.
