see all reviewsHilary is lovely and a fun teacher. This was about learning some steps and a short routine. It’s tough to do in tennis shoes! The tapping noise helps guide you and the tread impedes some of your moves. But nice people and a fun hour. The beginning class isn’t a huge cardio workout. Parking is on the street and behind the building on one half of the lot (make sure to find a space for Evolution and not the other business, they are serious about the allocated spaces). Entrance is in back. There are several studios in here so the desk can direct you.
