see all reviewsThis was my first experience with this specific class. I found the class to be enjoyable, and the teacher's energy was impressive. The staff recognized me from previous visits, although I had not attended in some time, and not for this particular class. The workout was challenging and induced sweating, yet it also felt refreshing. The music played by the instructor was highly effective in motivating the group. For those new to the class, I recommend feeling at ease, as everyone is welcoming. So far, I have not had trouble finding parking, but it is crucial to arrive promptly to get settled. I will definitely return.

Haley is a great instructor. Her combos were effective and not dragged out super long like some studios I’ve been too. Nice studio and nice vibes.

see all reviewsThis particular class felt beginner level but it’s so incredibly hot in the room, that it was honestly ok. I would prefer a degree or two cooler for temperature, with a more challenging flow BUT the instructor is kind, thorough, and gives great cues/corrections which balanced out the experience for me. I recommend Mel to anyone exploring hot yoga!

Firstly, I really appreciate that the instructor took his time to not only introduce himself personally, but also explained the yoga area and where to find equipment and throughout class would take time for adjustments and would give helpful tips and checked on everyone’s wellbeing. Overall the class was fantastic for a first timer; everything was do-able with some challenges but not too challenging where you’re overwhelmed. Would definitely recommend and keep returning.

see all reviewsInstructor was great — I really appreciated the form corrections during weightlifting. Anyone recommending catching the sunset after class is automatically my kind of people. Front desk staff was also super welcoming, took time to chat, and gave me a thoughtful tour, which I always notice. Only downside was the amenities situation. Schlepping my mat and multiple personal towels around town isn’t exactly the luxury fitness experience I expect from a 12+ credit studio class. It’s giving… Planet Fitness with better lighting. Spending extra for basics that are included at comparable studios just isn’t super enticing, and I was also disappointed the chilled towels advertised weren’t actually available. That said, I’d absolutely come back for a 6–9 credit class and happily schlep my entire household with me for a genuinely good workout. Thank you!

see all reviewsGreat workout overall—you definitely sweat a lot! The instructor is kind. One area for improvement would be the pacing, as the flow of class felt a bit rushed at times. I also think the class could benefit from incorporating the ab section earlier or midway through the workout, since I was pretty exhausted by the end and couldn’t engage my core as effectively. A little more vocal energy and enthusiasm from the instructor would also help elevate the overall experience. That said, it was a challenging and effective workout, and I left feeling like I got a great sweat in.

I would say the only thing I prefer is when people aren’t chatting so much before and after class in the room, but that’s just a personal preference. I would love it if once you’re in the room people are a little bit more mindful of people trying to meditate a little before and after practice, but that could be just a me thing.
