The class was amazing, I got my neck stretches and at the end she gave me a lovely pressure point shavasana neck massage. I went from a 8/10 on the pain scale to a 3/10 who for someone with chronic neck pain, that’s a freaking miracle. So I will 10000% be taking classes with her again going forward! I’ve always loved this studio and todays class with Kathleen was one of those ones you walk away from and feel amazing for the rest of your day 😊

In addition to a typical Thai massage, he included Thai cupping and hot stones. It was both a very relaxing and effective 60 minute massage. The pressure was spot on and Matt made a point to confirm it was the right amount at appropriate intervals. At the start of the session, Matt asked if there were any areas of particular concern. During the last 10 minutes, he revisited my shoulders and ensured he worked out as many as the knots and kinks as possible. I’m going to try to make this a monthly ritual!
