see all reviewsSuch a great class. I hadn’t boxed in like 5 years and because of that I was definitely the least experienced in the class but didn’t once feel like I was out of my depths. Aaron was supportive, created alternatives for those with less experience, and motivated us to keep going (and supported me when I needed to stop). I stand by boxing being one of the best forms of cardio out there and I’ll definitely be coming back.
