This instructor made me feel comfortable and welcome. He is patient, knowledgeable, and adjusts the class to be inclusive. Everyone was kind and supportive. Also, word of advice, come prepared and dressed to work out. The space is limited, there are no lockers, and not much space to set your stuff down.

see all reviewsExactly what I was hoping for, traditional Muay Thai training with jump rope warm up, shadow boxing, and practicing combo moves. Not exactly for beginners since instructor doesn't go through how to throw punches & kicks correctly. He's a pusher for sure when it comes to working out and sweating. Good overall!

It was fast paced, comfortable, accommodating and everyone there showed up to work!Eddie was incredible and I would highly recommend for most people to give it a try.
