It was definitely challenging and you really feel the burn in your legs and glutes! The vibration plate is interesting. If you stand on it with just a soft bend in your knees it's a little easier on you. Love the concept and the instructor was great. I would definitely take this class again

But it was very good as every muscle was worked out and the instructor did come and correct form as i feel it’s rare to have instructors doing that now a days. see all reviewsThis was a great class and Clare gave me such personalized attention as a beginner. She is a great teacher and very approachable, and she makes you feel very comfortable. As a beginner she was very patient with me and made sure that i was understanding everything. The studio is super clean, cute, and cozy. TRX is such a great workout and something that I’ve enjoyed the most - if you do it regularly you will definitely gain a lot of strength. It’s not a cardio heavy class but you will work every muscle. You will definitely be sore the next day!
