You can tell that every station, movement, and workout is carefully selected with purpose. The class is not just about randomly getting tired or sweating a lot, but it genuinely focuses on building endurance, stamina, strength, and mental resilience, especially for people who want to prepare themselves better for races like Hyrox. Every session feels challenging in a productive way, and the workouts really train the entire body from upper body, lower body, core, cardio, and overall conditioning. What I appreciate the most about Aymarn is how attentive and responsible he is throughout the class. Even in a high intensity environment, he still pays attention to everyone individually. He checks on people, corrects forms when needed, motivates us consistently, and makes sure nobody feels ignored or left behind. He has this very approachable and encouraging energy that makes people feel comfortable enough to push themselves harder without feeling intimidated. I also like that he understands the balance between support and discipline. He doesn’t simply let people stay in their comfort zone, but he pushes us to discover how much more we are actually capable of doing. Sometimes during the workout you’ll feel like giving up already 😂 but his coaching and encouragement really help build confidence and mental strength. By the end of the class, when he tells everyone to go all out, it honestly feels rewarding because you realise your body and mind can do more than you thought. Another thing I really admire is how professional and passionate he is as an instructor. You can genuinely see that he cares about helping people improve instead of just finishing the session. The energy he brings into class is motivating, positive, and uplifting, which makes the whole experience enjoyable even though the training itself is tough. For me, Hyrox Engine is not just a workout class but also a class that trains discipline, endurance, consistency, and confidence. Every time after class, I leave feeling exhausted but also stronger physically and mentally. It’s definitely one of those classes that makes you feel proud of yourself after completing it. Highly recommend Aymarn’s Hyrox Engine class to anyone who wants to improve endurance, build overall fitness, challenge themselves mentally and physically, and prepare better for races or fitness goals.
