see all reviewsEveryone was very kind and welding as a first timer. They explained the machine and the space beforehand. The instructor provided modifications for beginners and advanced levels. The class was very challenging and had my legs shaking within the first 10 minutes, but I left feeling like I worked hard and was definitely worth it! I will be back :)

This was my first time and I really struggled on the Lagree machine, but Stacey demonstrated the movements beside me and corrected my form — while simultaneously giving instructions to both the mega side and the stride side. I honestly don’t know how she did that. Super energetic and motivating vibes and I got a really good work out out of it.
