see all reviewsExcellent instruction, and I really loved the vibe of the whole space. I Was able to enjoy a delicious tea and then have an incredible yoga class. The studio is in the back so it was quite protected from street noise. Very clean and has all the props you need.

During today’s class, I had a realization that while I may have an empty nest as my children begin their own lives, I also have a full heart as a proud father watching them spread their wings. Her calm presence and thoughtful guidance created the space for that insight to emerge. I left feeling centered, grateful, and deeply at peace. Highly recommend.

see all reviewsI loved this private class with Alex, I’m coming back to my yoga practice after an injury and Alex was exceptional with making sure my poses were in good form and want not jeopardizing my recovery and made sure I felt comfortable and safe. I trust him completely and so enjoying being in such a beautiful studio. I really think this is the best spot in the city.

see all reviewsI love Zao Yin’s sound healing class. I went twice while visiting NYC, and I’m so glad I did. She focused on the sacral chakra area, especially the hips, which felt incredible and was exactly what I needed. I also really appreciated the spiritual elements she incorporated into the class. I felt so open, relaxed, and renewed afterward. She is super friendly, and you can clearly see that she genuinely loves what she does. The studio is beautiful as well. The space is lovely, filled with windows, and has such a warm, uplifting energy. When I come back to Manhattan, I can’t wait to visit this studio again.
