She definitely pushes us to work hard—sometimes the repetitions and pulses feel endless 😭 My only minor feedback is that class occasionally starts a little late, especially when accommodating late arrivals or beginners. However, she always makes up the time so we still get the full 45-minute workout. Overall, she’s an encouraging instructor who delivers a tough, effective, and engaging class!

Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed.
