see all reviewsAnother good class here! First time with Renee. Lovely, clear instruction. Sometimes a bit fast paced as she described all options, but always enough space to find the right pose to stretch into. Would love to continue coming here to explore more challenging classes.

see all reviewsDawn Patrol Yoga really knows how to pick their instructors! Everyone I’ve taken has been so great and knowledgeable. This was my second time taking Jordan’s class this week! It’s slow-paced, classic yoga focused on balance, breathing, and moving with your body. Not an intense workout, but perfect for stretching out those stiff muscles, especially if you do hot sculpt or lift! Definitely adding yoga to my weekly rotation!

see all reviewsI really enjoyed my class with Christina yesterday! She was a terrific instructor and truly a wealth of knowledge. I especially appreciated how she demonstrated each movement and explained which muscles we were targeting and why. Her explanations made the class both informative and engaging. I really appreciated her teaching style and look forward to taking another class with her!

see all reviewsunlike any other yoga I've done! This is physical therapy yoga thats very calming and gentle. Teaching how regulate the nervous system thru breath and posture correcting postures. Lots of insights of education of awareness of when in fight or flight and how to continously be able to adjust being in a calm state beyond the classroom. (Iyengar yoga only being approved by insurance for PT)

see all reviewsI love the small class size and time frame of this class. Due to the small class size, Nicole had the time to give me feedback on my poses to ensure I positioned myself correctly. This was my first time implementing pilates into my workout routine as I only have been attending yoga classes before. However, I appreciate the introduction of pilates into today's workout. I would definitely return here as I found that yogalates further helps develop my flexibility and core strength.
