see all reviewsThe room was so cozy. I loved the decorations, lighting, soft music, and ambience. The table bed was comfortable, and the room filtered out outside noise pretty well. My massage therapist, Anna was phenomenal!! Hands down one of the best massages I've ever had. She was so detailed, thorough, and attentive. I felt like she was reading my body cues (like when I would tense up) and check in with me and/or adjust on her own. She also has a very sweet, soothing voice. We did start about 10 minutes late, but that was no problem for me as I had no plans afterward, and I think she generously added on an extra 10 minutes, so I got 100 minutes instead of 90. I will DEFINITELY be back! Bonus, Krak Boba is a few doors down, and this location in particular is my favorite :-) Thank you so much, Anna!! I appreciate your attention and care and hope you take care as well!!

Everything felt very personalized, and you can tell they really care about their clients. The scalp analysis was really interesting with high-tech equipment to show you exactly what's going on with your scalp before starting the treatment. The head spa was relaxing, and the neck and shoulder massage was one of my favorite parts. The treatment room was beautiful and had a calm, spa-like feel. I also loved the little extras like the welcome drink and foot bath, tea, the sweet treat at the end, and the handwritten note. Those small touches made the experience feel really special. Parking on a Wednesday at noon was very tough - luckily I pulled into a spot that was JUST vacated. I thought it was going to be very difficult to find the spa since there's many businesses in the building but I found it quite quickly. It's on the ground level and has "Natural Illumination" written on the window. I was greeted right away and stepped into a soothing waiting area with plants, a water cooler, essential oils and meditative music. Once Jen whisked me away to the facial room, I was surprised to see a cute little creek running outside with lots of greenery. Who knew this was here!? Such a beautiful oasis and a lovely soundtrack to go with the spa music. The facial itself was divine. Jen always asked if I was okay with something before going ahead with it which is VERY appreciated. Her entire routine is curated and she does it all with intention and so much care.
