I walk out of every class floating, with tension melting off my body, and it’s been so healing too, releasing things I didn’t realise I’d been holding onto for years. Every class is so thoughtfully planned with real care and intention, always challenging but with alternatives offered. I feel such a difference in my week when I can't make it. Easily the best instructor I’ve had for any class.

Such a welcoming energy at the front desk from Esther and a lovely tea area to chill before or after class. I did the hot yoga - incredible instruction from Shane (or Shae maybe?). I would go here every day if I could.
