The staff repeatedly tried to add additional services beyond what I had already booked, and I felt uncomfortable having to repeatedly explain that I only wanted the services included in my appointment. I also felt that the staff seemed frustrated whenever I declined an upgrade. In addition, the gel that was used had visible bubbles, which affected the overall quality of the service. I think the company could improve by being more transparent about what is included in each service, including the length options and the type of gel used. I will say they tend to thin out the eyebrows and never really ask me what I want and kinda decide how they want to clean up and shape my eyebrows so there’s no consultation before. Some are better than others, where some leave my natural shape and others thin them.
