The challenge is getting around the hoop and remembering the correct sequence and correct side. The hoops are of different sizes and heights so I think it’s ok to have couple more people than hoops because everyone moves around and try different hoops.

If you’re kind of where I am, where you can kinda dance but need more time to learn combos, this class was really on the basic side, mostly just grooves. No set song and no group split and the end with filming. Still a great class and workout! If you’re looking for more of a challenge though, I would probably take beg/int if it’s even open!
