see all reviewsIt’s a small, intimate setting with a very friendly staff. It was a good workout for both the brain and the body, as it required a lot of micro movements and responses. The instructor was very knowledgeable. It was definitely much closer contact than I had been expecting, but I didn’t know that much about jiu-jitsu before coming into the class. I liked it and would come again, I feel it’s a really useful skill to develop and it felt like a safe space to do that.
