Unlike many other Pilates studios that blast music, the soft background music here really helped me focus on my slow, gradual movements. Linda was exceptionally attentive to correcting my form, more than I've experienced at other studios.

see all reviewsThis class had a wonderful vibe on a Friday evening, and was a nice way to start the weekend! Diana led us through a non traditional slow flow where I felt stretched out and ended with a sound bath. I especially appreciated the use of straps to "floss" and stretch out our shoulders and backs.

see all reviewsThis class was very intimate and helpful for relaxing and building confidence. At first I was a little bit concerned that I wasn’t advanced enough, but Vanessa’s corrections were given kindly and empathetically. It was a little faster paced than other yoga classes I’ve been to, but I think it was because it was intermediate rather than beginner. I appreciate the way that she explained which body parts were being engaged, and made me excited to want to get better and stronger.
