She makes the effort to greet me each time, which I do appreciate. Her class consistently has a great balance of speed spins vs resistance, some choreo, some strength weight training, and caters to all levels of attendees, which not every trainer can do. Aaron was supportive, created alternatives for those with less experience, and motivated us to keep going (and supported me when I needed to stop). I stand by boxing being one of the best forms of cardio out there and I’ll definitely be coming back.

They work fine however I don’t think they are as tall people friendly. The handles you hold onto for support are really low and when you turn to the side on the machine and step that way my knees tend to hit the handlebars. I want to come back but I am going to have to ask for some advice about these new machines

However, with that said, it can be a little risky for those who are older or not as mobile because you’ll be standing in a puddle of sweat and still moving kettlebells or dumbbells all around (above your head, on your pelvis, around your body, etc.), so that’s just one thing to keep in mind!
