She is also so kind, and you can tell how much she cares about all of her students. It’s so cool that this studio offers Cadillac/Chair classes! Usually people have to sign up for private sessions to have access to this specialty equipment, so the fact that Body Design offers these classes is really such a gift!! I also find Esmee’s classes to be consistently hard, but so far not too hard that I’ve got to tap out! I do wish that the studio had dry shampoo as an offered item in the bathroom because I’m always sweating through class :) 10/10

see all reviewsThis was a fantastic class!! Anastasia is a gem 💎 I feel like it’s hard to find an adult ballet class where the instructor gives you corrections and advice. This is it!! Anastasia really wants to see you improve. She gives the class her undivided attention, always monitoring and adjusting you. Her combinations are a good intermediate level and she will go through them twice before starting the music. She doesn’t waste time— she practically says the whole combination in one breath, I’m amazed at her lung capacity, tbh hahaha. The class did start 10 minutes late, but that’s because she wanted to continue working with her earlier class for an extra 10 minutes, which I respect. Our class went over by 20 minutes at the end, so she spent an extra 10 minutes with us, too. She also spent time teaching students after class ended, she really cares. Thank you!

I have two left feet and am sooo uncoordinated lol so it was tough for me, but after stretching she had us learn a routine really slowly step by step. At the end she played some music that was slow paced for us to try the routine out and in the end it was a lot of fun. Try not to overthink the moves and also be careful! I kinda twisted my wrist the wrong way so it hurts slightly but its ok its just me being really bad at choreographed dance and having no coordination lol. But it was only me and 1 other girl in the class which was nice. I didnt feel judged or uncomfortable at all. Would definitely try again. The studio provided mats for our stretches and you can do everything barefoot. At the end when she let us try the routine with the music she gave us dance heels to do it in which was nice. Would recommend!

The people are very kind and you can tell the people there really put in the work, it’s inspiring. Also Celinda is so considerate about explaining terms and leading you through across the floor moves so i didn’t feel left behind, i felt like i was really learning. I’m hoping to go back
