The class was amazing, I got my neck stretches and at the end she gave me a lovely pressure point shavasana neck massage. I went from a 8/10 on the pain scale to a 3/10 who for someone with chronic neck pain, that’s a freaking miracle. So I will 10000% be taking classes with her again going forward! I’ve always loved this studio and todays class with Kathleen was one of those ones you walk away from and feel amazing for the rest of your day 😊

Her sequence was fun and challenging, the philosophy/inspiration felt genuine and not forced, the music was great and followed the pace of the sequence, she’s very welcoming and experienced, and she ended savasana with a beautiful sound bath. such a great yoga class! very grateful for her!

see all reviewsI was nervous heading into this class since this was totally out of my comfort zone, but Sabrina made me feel excited to learn something new! She was welcoming and helped each student to make sure we were carefully practicing each move. The studio itself was clean and had plenty of metered parking on the street in front. I definitely enjoyed this experience and would love to come back for more. Super recommend for new beginners!

Warm up was interesting and mildly intimidating at first, but seemed to have helped a lot with warming up wrists, shoulders, arms, and legs. appreciate the tip to feel your hips pull up in the moving exercise across the floor. fair warning, just kinda jumped into head and hand stands right afterwards. But class grouped up to try going up, and taking turns spotting. A lot of fun, with encouraging group of people.

He’s into strength training, while I prefer Pilates and yoga. Acro yoga turned out to be the perfect blend for us. It’s fun, comfortable, and all about communication. It strengthened our bond and gave us a wonderful experience to share. Kundun was incredibly kind, taking the time to explain each step and offering helpful advice on postures to practice at home.
