It was such a blast trying out all the new moves she introduced – knee thrusts, elbows-to-knees, sideways jumps, and front-front-back-back walks were definitely exciting. These moves really mixed things up and made the workout feel fresh. 🌟 - I like how they work on different parts of our bodies, giving us a more balanced fitness routine instead of just focusing on our core and legs like we usually do with the standard jumping. - Moves like side jumps and elbows-to-knees are great for building lateral strength and working on those oblique muscles. It would be awesome if we could incorporate these into the faster and higher intensity tracks to really target multiple muscle groups effectively. Even though we all still love the stomping, adding these new moves would make the sessions even more dynamic. - Also, a quick shout-out for the music selection – I'm a big fan of EDM pop songs with lyrics. They just seem to get me more pumped up and make the workout feel less repetitive compared to tracks with just monotonous beats. Recently, a trainer found some Adele EDM, feels like a 🎉🎉🎉 going on haha! - Keep going, Shirley! 🌈 Cheers!

We started off by warming up and the trainers demonstrated each movement first. They also checked to ensure we did it correctly. This lesson is suitable for beginners too and they allow you to dance at your own pace. The vibe was fab and I’d def return! Just pure AWESOME.
