    I said it before, and I’ll say it again I really like body alive and most of the instructors are great. I do wish BA woukd either bring back Core Sculpt class and/or focus much more on core beyond planks. Every class seems to have at least 2-3 plank songs but only 1-2 true core.

    Great class! Great teacher! It was challenging but not too complicated that I could not participate. Felt great because I got a REAL workout, was challenged, combos were explained clearly, corrections were told in a way that helps us learn, etc. This is the type of class where just when you think you can’t do anymore, you find it in yourself to keep going, and then you feel great afterwards.

    Jen was fabulous - welcoming me right in even in the midst of some renovations that are going on. She took time to discuss injuries/surgeries with me. Class was hard but she gave so many alternative options for each move. I really appreciated that.
