see all reviewsOverall good experience. Only a 4 star rating since it’s impossible to get in touch with the salon. Classpass always has an issue with scheduling appointments as it’s not always confirmed on the salon’s end. So you end up driving all the way to the salon to find out there’s no appt for you on their end. I tried to call / confirm my appt for almost 2 hours before my appt and got in touch with no one. Their phone system is an automated bot that claims will call you back after you leave a VM. I left 2 and never got a call back. I decided to show up to my appt & thankfully they took me in but it was very frustrating not being to get a hold of them. I even reached out on Ig & still no response.
