It was my first time doing a class of any sort for a workout and I haven’t been working out recently so I was very rusty. They both helped me on form and were super encouraging. From the moment I walked in they had smiles and lots of energy. The people in the class also were all friendly and encouraging to each other. I will definitely be back.

Kept everyone in the class involved and motivated. I was SWEATING! Will definitely be back here for more workouts.
