The room was hot but not uncomfortably so and I really appreciated her attention and instruction for proper technique with each movement and options to make it easier or more difficult. She's an energetic and motivating instructor. I really enjoyed this class as part of my vacation!

see all reviewsThis was my first time doing a CSX class. I usually do the Sculpt classes. I would consider this strictly a HIIT workout class whereas sculpt is more of a yoga workout class. You go at your own pace for the workouts which I liked. The instructor was great as well! I would definitely book this again. if you were looking for a good sweat, this is a your class.
