    I really liked this. It’s fluid and low impact movements that aren’t overly complicated but still challenging. Studio is really nice. The instructor lead it well but it’s not a modifications/adjustments type of format - that would be my only note.

    Great location in midtown Hoboken. Friendly staff and Hannah ran a wonderful class. She has great energy and a great voice on the mic. I really appreciated the knee pads offered. I left feeling worked. Met one of the owners too, he was gracious and fun to speak with. Looking forward to trying more classes.

    It was a great jump start to my day. Focused on strength training with a touch of cardio at the end. The instructor was welcoming, attentive, and did the workout with the class.
