She was such a great instructor, very hands on and even fixed my form to make sure I was doing it correctly. Definitely would take her class again! Sort of nervous to feel the soreness in 2 days hahaha

see all reviewsI feel that the class description was misleading. It described a full 50 min workout for all levels and the instructor would offer modifications and amplifications. The class instead did not feel like a full class – it was a demo where the class sat and watched, then we would spend a few minutes in the movement. Then back to another demo watching. Would be a great class for beginners, and the instructor was great, but wish the class description was more accurate.

see all reviewsThis class was a great workout ! This is a cute studio and we did the barre class in a separate room. There were only 2 students including me which was nice to have the small class size. The instructor and staff were so friendly and gave me a great intro to the studio and class. We mostly did weights and glute work, and at the end a little bit of core. I will definitely have sore muscles tomorrow ! Very effective and simple barre class - i would definitely take it again

see all reviewsFirst Pilates class done — and I absolutely loved it ✨ I went in thinking it would be light and easy, but it turned out to be way more challenging in the best way. I could feel muscles I didn’t even realize I had, especially my core and hips. It’s not the kind of workout that leaves you drenched in sweat, but it’s a deep, controlled burn that really makes you focus on breathing and body alignment. What I loved most is how it feels gentle on the body but still incredibly effective. There’s a lot of stretching, strengthening, and control all at once. After class, I felt lighter, taller, and more aligned — like my whole body had been “reset.” The instructor was super attentive and helped adjust my form throughout the class, which made me feel really safe as a beginner. It was challenging, but not overwhelming at all. Honestly didn’t expect to like it this much… but now I already want to go back 🤍
