Get there a few minutes early- I was there 1-2 minute before class and the instructor was already in class and no one was at the front desk. see all reviewsFun, advanced class! Offering some friendly feedback geared toward inclusivity. I’d recommend that the studio put “advanced” in the name of the class or for more action cues to be offered the first time we see each pose to allow new students to get familiar with them. There were three people in the class who had never done yoga before and they were struggling to keep up. It was even challenging for me in a few sections and I’ve completed yoga teacher training and have been practicing for a while. But, that’s why I chose to come back to Brooklyn’s class. Because she offers challenging sequences that helps me grow in my practice. Overall, the sequence felt intentionally put together and flowed well.

The playlist is also great if you enjoy nirvana and or Radiohead. It’s also not overly loud so we can hear everything the instructor says without them having to yell. Thank you for all those little things that add up.💙

see all reviewsAmber’s chillness is worth it all on its own. I’m a larger man with some past injuries and the class isn’t always as “doable” as I’d like, but that’s a me thing. Out of all the yin and candlelight style classes I signed up for up for here on class pass. She stands out with the time she gives you in between positions and I love that. I’m usually the last to get into position fully and the last to get out. Her flow and cadence is very manageable and supportive.

It was an awesome work out and I think the more classes you take the more confident you feel just like with anything else. Zoe was so friendly and welcoming and had such fun choreography! Definitely recommend if you’re up for something different!

Lighting was odd and sterile, room was bare and the divider wall did nothing for sound proofing. Hearing the class on the other side during a yin session was not ideal.
