This location was lovely and spacious. The changing room was big and clean with great amenities. The service was also good from reception to the trainer. As a first timer I also got a complementary protein shake which was a nice touch.

It was 4x (or was it 5?) blocks of exercises for 4 mins each block. It’s a mix of weighted exercises plus cardio on the rower, ski erg and bike.
