This was stripped down to the traditional practice and left me feeling aligned and strong. The next day, I felt a bit sore, deep in my shoulder muscles, my legs, and core, but not in the way I feel sore after lifting weights at the gym. Im always pleased with this studio, will be back for more pilates

The session started with a few light stretches to help ease into relaxation, which I really appreciated. After that, I laid comfortably on a mat with a lavender-scented eye mask while Toni played the crystal bowls. The sound of the bowls was incredibly soothing, and the combination of the gentle vibrations, quiet meditation, and calming environment made it easy to fully unwind. It felt like a true mental reset in just a short amount of time. If you’re looking for a peaceful, low-effort way to relax and recharge, I’d definitely recommend this experience.
