see all reviewsThis is a great studio. The staff is really kind and welcoming. It’s a hot class, but I wouldn’t say it’s the hottest class I’ve ever been to. It’s definitely challenging but they give you modifications to adjust to your level. A great workout if you’re looking for something to mix it up.

She really knows the body and does such a good job with alignment and hands on adjustments to feel the move where you are supposed to which can sometimes be hard for the stabilizing muscles. I like that she gives options for all levels in class too
