    Hatha Sculpt & Tone

This was a fun strength class as it had some freedom to be a bit looser in the movements in order to loosen up tight areas. I've not had a yoga sculpt class like this before and appreciate the dance elements that were incorporated into it.

Cyd is great and the studio has a wonderful hospitality vibe, including warmly greeting every student who walks in and the room already being set with the needed props/equipment. This class was challenging, but everyone was able to make modifications to make it challenging for their own level and ability. I like how there was one set focus given to everyone for the class (today's was awareness of the lengthening of the spine) and the structure made it easy to focus on yourself. Cyd also set aside time after class to be available for questions and comments without rushing, making everyone feel seen and heard.

Ken made a fun experience out of this painful yoga/taichi session. I learned the stances and enjoyed the stretching techniques!
