There’s an appropriate level of challenge, with options and modifications that allow everyone to meet themselves where they are. Her classes have given me the opportunity to explore poses and asanas I genuinely didn’t know my body was capable of. I love and appreciate the intentional cues around alignment and form, along with the little astrological reminders sprinkled throughout. Such a unique combination of challenge, awareness, and connection. I always leave feeling stronger and more connected to myself.
