Definitely made the experience less intimidating. The studio also has shower amenities, which is a huge plus after class. Note to self for next time: bring electrolytes. I'll definitely be back.

Her lower-body focused class is easily one of the best I’ve done, especially her signature Reverse Floor Curtsy Lunge, which has become my absolute favorite for targeting the glutes.
