    Reformer Pilates

This was my first reformer pilates class, Kayla was very nice and showed me what to do during class, suggested modifications, and was supportive. I felt comfortable, even though the class was kicking my butt! :)

    All Levels Lagree CP

First time trying Lagree and I was kind a ~la mess~, but our instructor Rachaell made sure to modify my postures and was very encouraging. If you’re like me and new to lagree, know that the class moves pretty quickly and can be a bit confusing, so having a helpful, kind instructor makes a world of difference.

    Mat Pilates

I tried Mat Pilates w/ Anna Rose and overall, the experience had its highs and lows. One thing to note is the parking situation—there is a lot behind the building for $5, but I didn’t see an attendant, so I opted for street parking. Also, be aware that the building may not be handicap accessible; I didn’t notice an elevator, and the studio is located on the third floor, so stairs could be a challenge for some. Once inside, the studio had a quaint lobby with a relaxing aroma and calming vibe. The workout space itself was bright and airy, creating a welcoming environment. As someone who consistently practices hot yoga and Pilates, I was hoping for a more challenging workout, but this class felt more restorative. While it didn’t meet my personal fitness expectations, I can see it being great for those seeking a gentler experience. One aspect I did appreciate was the use of cards to signal whether you prefer a hands-on or hands-off experience from the instructor—a thoughtful touch I wish more studios would adopt.
