see all reviewsThis was such a lovely flow✨ it was all levels friendly and Taelek was so intentional about providing not just movement but spiritual practice/education too. The elements were elementing (ie it was really windy) but that was of no fault to anyone but Mother Nature and is to be expected with an outdoor class lol. I will definitely come back (especially on a sunny, warm day)
