This class will challenge you mentally and physically! Come ready to work hard and sweat! Of course it’s always a bonus when the instructor is badass. Brandon is knowledgeable, passionate, and has a very positive attitude. He will pull you aside and personally show you the combos of you’re unsure or if you’re a beginner. They were super accommodating and modified my workout to ensure it was both effective and comfortable. The class was great, and the staff was phenomenal. I'll definitely be back! :)
