It's a great way to move your body and get in touch with your sensual primal self. Fun way to let out any stuck emotions - release any anxieties or whatever may be holding you back. Movement is so powerful! Appreciate that these classes are in low lit light as it helps me move more freely without concerning about I look while moving.
