Bruce’s class was traditional yin - a great sequence with long holds to really get deep into the fascia. So if you’re looking for traditional yin — Bruce has got it covered!

I think they could use a drying rack tho because the mats were still wet when I went to borrow one and I was grossed out haha. This class is so fun though!! I hope they’re able to open up their own studio some day
