Very high intensity but also equally welcoming. My only ding would be how dusty/slippery the floor was and the lack of Latin hits given then Cinco De Mayo theme but, neither of those are enough to keep me from coming back!

The instructor was kind and continuously made sure (or at least she tried to) everyone’s form was good throughout the class. I’ll likely go back, but I think I’m gonna try the 30 minute class and work my way up to the 50 minute.

Moriah was phenomenal at giving clear instructions, checking our form and providing help when needed. Everyone in class had a different fitness level - she was patient with each of us.
